In addition to serving, we will be collecting Diapers for local nonprofits! You can find more details on project 1. All items should be dropped off in the bins by the main doors no later than Sunday, May 26.

“I want to serve on Saturday evening and trust that the Lord will place me where I am needed the most.” If that is you, sign up for this project number and we will put you where you are needed. Please list gifts, talents, and limitations in the comment section (e.g. kid-friendly, handyman, disability friendly, outdoor, etc.). 1 DONATION PROJECT: Diapers for Alternatives and Kalamazoo Covenant Academy
In addition to signing up for a Community Impact project, you can also serve by purchasing diapers for families in need. These items will be distributed by local social service agencies; Alternatives and Kalamazoo Covenant Academy. We are thankful for our friends at Crosstown Senior Apts. We are going to have a great time fellowshipping with these men and women while we serve up dinner and most importantly quality time and great conversation. We may even get the chance to play a card game or two. Bring your friends, neighbors, relatives, and the whole gang for this wonderful opportunity to serve up some multi-generational fun!

Provide local impact by helping this volunteer-driven municipal golf course that helps mentor youth in our community. We’ll trim back trees, clean-out brush and perform other miscellaneous landscaping work to help maintain the course for the benefit of the community.

True Vine Equestrian Center is a Christ-based therapeutic horseback riding, equine companionship and professionally designed riding program for physical, personal and spiritual growth. Legacy Thrift is one of fifteen stores across five states that leverages donations to make a lasting impact and share the good news of Jesus Christ around the world. Those who serve will be sorting through donations, rearranging boxes in pods, moving boxes of inventory into the building and getting it ready for store display.

9 Zone Secret Service Project
Zone students are collecting supplies for the SPCA of Southwest Michigan. This will be a boys vs girls competition to see who can bring more items. Students will then meet on Saturday, May 18 for the Secret Service Project for the SPCA. Details will be revealed when you arrive. Parents can drop off at 4:30pm and pick up in the Zone room at 7:00pm.

Since 1916, Pretty Lake Camp has provided a totally free summer camp for more than 50,000 youth in the Kalamazoo County area who could benefit the most from the experience. No family pays to attend this nonprofit camp and everything is provided for them – from toothbrushes to clothing to transportation. Our volunteers will help with Trail clearing, clean up the campsites, wash windows and general cleaning.
